Booking a transfer

The booking process is easy, quick, and secure. By entering the departure and destination location, you'll see a list of vehicles to choose from: just select the one that meets your needs and preferences. Finally, just enter all required details regarding the transfer. The confirmation email you will receive will contain instructions for the meeting, payment terms, and the emergency contact number.

Extra stops

Private transfers can be entirely customized to meet your specific requirements. If you need multiple stops, please include the details in the 'comments and instructions' section of the booking module. We will respond as necessary if an adjustment to the fare is required.

What time should I select for pick-up to guarantee timely arrival at the airport?

We recommend selecting a pick-up time that is at least two hours in addition to the estimated travel duration prior to your flight's departure. The estimated travel time can be found on the vehicle selection booking page.

When should I make my reservation?

We recommend that you book at your earliest convenience to avoid any last-minute complications.

Could I change my reservation?

Yes, most reservation's details can be easily changed by yourself directly by accessing the LOGIN section, or you may contact us any time.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Traveling

Where should I meet the driver?

All needed information regarding the meeting point are provided within the booking confirmation email/voucher. At the airport, your driver will be waiting for you in the arrival lounge, holding a sign with your / given reference name.

Luggage entitlement.

To ensure a smooth journey, please do not carry more luggage as specified at booking time. The booked vehicle might not have sufficient space, and it is prohibited to place luggage on the seats. You have the flexibility to update your reservation at any time to select a different vehicle that better suits your requirements.

If I can't find my driver, what will happen?

In the unlikely and very rare situation where you are unable to find your driver, it is important that you remain at your current location. Do not leave the designated waiting area, as this could complicate the situation further. Instead, make sure to contact the emergency phone number provided in your reservation confirmation email / voucher.

If my flight lands late, what should I do?

Flight monitor service is inclued in the service. The pick-up time will be based on the actual flight landing time.

Where will I be dropped off by my driver?

Your driver will take you to the address specified in your booking.

Will the car I reserve be used by anyone else?

No, unless you have booked a shared transfer. You can be sure you are booking a private vehicle as they are classified as “private transfer”.

Payment

Is the price all-inclusive?

The price shown in your reservation confirmation is fully inclusive except for the tip which is optional.

How do I pay for my transfer?  Can I pay in advance?

Yes, all payment options are available just before submitting the reservation.

If I wish to pay the driver with cash, why must I provide my card information?

We require a valid credit card as security to retain your reservation, just like booking hotel rooms and many other travel services, even if you plan to pay with cash.

Must I give the driver a tip?

Our pricing is all-inclusive, meaning there are no hidden fees. However, if you feel that the driver has provided a good service service, you are welcome to offer a tip at your discretion.

Could I please have an invoice or receipt?

If you require a payment receipt or invoice, please make sure to request it when you are making your booking by including your request in the "special request" section.
